My name is Mabel, I am married with three Children, the youngest is 18. I am a quick and conscientious person, adaptable and self-motivated. I possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. I have known and working with Mabel since 2009. She's warm, reliable, efficient, enthusiastic and deliver support with compassion. Mabel works well and maintains positive and professional relationship with service users, family users, colleagues and other external agencies in service users care. Mabel provides support to tenants on their day to day activities, that is, supporting tenants with personal care, health and diet, education and career, social and leisure, communication and relationships, money management, jointly participating in updating tenants support plan, PBS and risk assessment. Mabel supports tenants with administration of their medication, attends appointments and promotes healthy eating. Mabel is a responsible and reliable worker who does her job with empathy, willing to learn and promote tenants' independence. Mabel plans activities with tenants and has been supporting people to achieve their goals in a person centred way.
